(1) Vendor needs to provide facility inmate population study services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL.• Provide a comprehensive updated inmate population study for the corrections facility.• The study is to evaluate current and projected inmate population trends resulting from county growth, legislative changes, evolving correctional practices, and increasing mental health and special management populations.• The study shall establish a defensible and data–driven inmate population forecast to support future operational planning, facility master planning, space utilization, and capital improvement decisions for the county.• Assess the impact of county population growth, criminal justice trends, and legislative changes on future jail demand.• Analyze the operational and housing impacts associated with mental health and special management populations.• Determine future jail bed needs by classification, gender, and special population categories.• Assess operational capacity versus physical design capacity.• Evaluate compliance with applicable correctional standards, life safety requirements, and inmate management criteria.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026
