Vendor needs to provide parking utility consulting accountant and bookkeeper services to the government authority located in Bloomfield, NJ. – Provide parking utility financial consulting services as requested by the governing body, agency Administrator and the Chief Financial Officer:– Assistance in implementing and adhering to internal controls over parking utility cash and parking accounting and bookkeeping practices;– Daily sight visits to Parking Utility office including oversight of parking cash collections, cash counts and bank deposits, and preparation of various financial schedules in MS Excel;– Maintenance of Parking Utility Revenue operations in supporting Quickbooks Ledger, monthly preparation of Financial Reporting Package, including analysis of Actuals versus Budget;– Reconcile Parking Utility Bank accounts, ParkMobile accounts, etc.– Miscellaneous invoicing and tracking receivables pertaining to parking deck shared service agreements;– Assistance in ad hoc requests or any future services that may become part of Parking utility operations;
