CONS-23264 - USA (Juneau, Alaska) - Design Services for Foster Avenue Reconstruction - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design services for foster avenue reconstruction to include improvements to the underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, sidewalk, and other miscellaneous improvements necessary for a complete project to the government authority located in Juneau, AK.– Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination.– The Consultant shall research all as–built records, property surveys, and government or private sources necessary to define right–of–way limits, required or existing easement conditions and/or requirements, and existing public and private utility locations. The Consultant’s design engineer shall field–verify as–built information used in design.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
