(1) Vendor needs to provide local government attorney services to the government authority located in Grants Pass, OR.– Prepare, review and enforce ordinances, resolutions, orders, contracts, agreements, leases, deeds and related documents.– Provide advice and assistance with public records requests.– Assist with drafting ballot measure language and provide advice pertaining to electoral matters.– Review state and federal legislation and litigation as such may relate to the county and advise county personnel thereon.– Provide legal opinions on matters relating to county activities.– Advise the airports department, which manages two separate airports.– Prepare and finalize court filings and other legal documents.
