Vendor needs to provide landfill leachate treatment project professional services to the government authority located in Elmira, NY.– Industrial wastewater treatment process design and engineering. Include any prior experience with treatment of landfill leachate. Include prior design and engineering experience with foam fractionation, membrane bioreactors, sludge processing, advance oxidation processes, reverse osmosis, and evaporation systems in wastewater treatment applications.– Site development, stormwater management, and civil design and engineering.– Mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC design and engineering.– Electrical and control systems design and engineering.– Review of existing drawings, design documents, environmental permits, and leachate genera􀆟on data for the landfill.– Review and evaluation of existing engineering report and cost es􀆟mate prepared for the subsidy application– Assistance with applications for funding from other governmental agencies under other applicable programs.
