Vendor needs to provide public education campaign services. – Provide public education campaign services, design and ad buys across multiple types of media, to maximize public awareness of the ballot items.• Public education campaign strategy:– Follow the agency brand identity established by agency staff for all collateral.– Manage graphic designer(s), photographer(s), editors(s), and production vendor(s) as needed to ensure creative direction is met.• Graphic/digital design and production:– Design compelling marketing materials for print, digital, and TV– Capture or source visual and/or audio files for use in marketing materials– Edit visual and/or audio files for use in marketing materials– Produce and traffic digital–ready files (.jpg, .png, .gif, .svg, .mp4, .mov, etc. files of campaign collateral for submission to digital media outlets).– Produce and traffic print–ready files (.pdf, .eps, .tiff, etc. files of campaign collateral for submission to print media outlets)– Produce and traffic broadcast–ready files (.mp3, .aac, .wav, .mp4, .mov, .mxf, etc. files of campaign collateral for submission to broadcast media outlets)• Media planning, buying, and targeting:– Develop media plan using data analytics.– Provide media authorizations for signature approval by designated agency staff in advance of signing any media insertion orders.– Provide fulfilment reports to staff for all media placements.• Account management:– Provide regular updates and progress reports to designated agency staff.
