EQU-19689 - USA (Watertown, New York) - Personal Emergency Response System - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide personal emergency response system (PERS) to the government authority located in Watertown, NY. – The personal response system consists of an electronic call device which is installed in the client’s residence and linked via the clients’ telephone line or cell phone, with a central emergency response center.– PERS equipment installed shall remain the sole property of contractor, and may consist of new or reconditioned units at the option of contractor.– Contractor shall install the PERS only for those Clients who have suitable electric and telephone or cellular service so as to allow for proper operation of the PERS equipment.– Installing the PERS into a functioning telephone system or cell phone.– Provide a 24 hour per day, seven day per week monitoring and response for the PERS provided.– Emergency response communicator and activator devices(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
