(1) Vendor needs to provide radio frequency identification solutions for identification, tracking and documentation of individuals incarcerated. – To provide County Jail Services with a solution that interfaces with the current Jail Management Software that incorporates Radio Frequency Identification technology in the tracking, identification,documentation.• Reduce the risk of damaged, lost, altered or destroyed documentation.• Enhance efficiency by improving inmate identification, and the documentation of inmate movement, supplies issued, services provided, headcounts, meals, and statistical reporting.• Reduce the effort on jail staff to perform inmate movement documentation. This will free up time for staff to perform other tasks.• Leverage existing technologies and resources of Pacific County Jail Services as much as possible • Provide greater visibility to Jail Supervisors and Correction Officers on the movement and location of inmates throughout the jail.• Reduce risk of release errors.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(4) The contract period will be five years.
