EXTRA-76186 - USA (South Lake Tahoe, California) - Plan Review, Permit Technician, and Field Inspection Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide plan review, permit technician, and field inspection services to the government authority located in South Lake Tahoe, CA.– Plan review services:– Consultant to provide plan review services in full (bundle) or in part (segments) and temporary staffing services.– Plan review bundle full indicates the consultant(s) will complete structural and non–structural (cross–reference with applicable civil, trade specialty prints for code related items) plan reviews including deferred submittals for compliance with all applicable codes.– Permit technician services:– Permit technician will perform a variety of technical support duties and customer service related to the issuance of permits for the building division and in support of related services.– Building inspector services:– Building Inspector(s) will perform onsite building inspection services covering structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems related to the construction or alteration of residential and commercial structures.– The inspector will approve acceptable work or indicate, in writing, corrections necessary to comply with applicable codes and ordinances.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
