(1) Vendor needs to provide arc flash hazard analysis study service to the government authority located in El Mirage, AZ. – The study is to evaluate electrical hazards, determine incident energy levels, and provide labeling and documentation to ensure personnel safety and regulatory compliance.– Work shall include data collection, system modeling, short–circuit analysis, protective device coordination, arc flash computations, label installation, and final reporting to include system deficiencies and 4–hour staff training.• 9 Well Sites, 8 booster stations, 5 generator switch gears • 1 Sanitary Lift Station, 1 generator transfer switch (Brisas) • 1 Water Reclamation Facility, 2 generator transfer switches • Field Data Collection• Short–Circuit Analysis• Protective Device Coordination Study• Arc Flash Hazard Analysis• Arc Flash Labeling(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
