(1) Vendor needs to provide one–stop operator service to the government authority located in Taylor, MI. – A highly qualified and neutral one–stop operator (OSO) to serve as a strategic partner in strengthening system alignment, enhancing customer experience, and improving coordination across a multi–county workforce system serving diverse communities. – The one–stop operator shall act as a neutral coordinator of workforce system partners and services.– The OSO will support service integration, partner collaboration, customer–centered process improvement, and operational coordination throughout one–stop system.– 10 to 15 hours per month of system coordination activities based on core responsibilities.– Monthly partner engagement and communication.– Quarterly partner convenings.– Annual site reviews and customer experience assessments.– Required reporting and documentation activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
