(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle operations and management services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide on–going operations and maintenance services on a managed services basis for its oracle e–business suite financial system and its components.– The first phase transitioned all applications and files from the great plains platform for the accounting of the universal service fund.– The second phase, completed in September 2026, transferred the accounting for the Operating Enterprise to Oracle EBS.– Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (“OCI”) tenancy and the Oracle EBS and Oracle Database licenses directly; Contractor will operate, maintain, and enhance a –owned environment and is not required to procure or host the platform or its licenses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
