Requesting bids for Stair Resurfacing of Parking Structures 4 and 5, per the attached terms, conditions, and specifications. This project includes removing the existing blue staircase covering, and replacing it with a Silikal R-61 CQ floor system or approved equal. The work is to take place for both of the entire staircases (4 total) from roof top to bottom level, and associated landing areas at Parking Structure 4 at 1321 2 nd Street, and Parking Structure 5 at 1440 4th Street, Santa Monica.
