MRB-57012 - USA (Texas) - Special Events Decorating Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special events decorating services.– Fairgrounds facilities to include but not limited to in person support, implementation of special event design concepts and event–related vendor management services consistent with the goals and discretion.– Offer a variety of indoor and outdoor special event décor packages to include but not limited to weddings, birthday parties, graduations, baptism, etc.– Provide vendor management services in order to help with the successful execution of each special event offered.– Capability to create various space layouts for selected events with design elements included.– Provide swatches of linen, centrepieces and table layout or seating options.– Include catering services as part of special event packages, when required.– Offer games and other activities corresponding to event.– Offer music setups, when required. (i.e. DJ/Band).– An experienced special event coordinator who can order, purchase, dispense, inventory, track, control, and handle the products, materials, and supplies involved in the operation of the special events decorating services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 11, 2026.
