(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering design services to the government authority located in Washougal, WA.a. Topographic Survey: the consultant shall perform a topographic survey of the proposed project area. in addition to surface features, the survey shall include rights–of–way, easements, research of existing underground utilities or other encumbrances. city will provide existing as–built information (if available).b. Design drawings: the consultant shall prepare final design drawings to clearly illustrate the intent of the project design, as well as to provide an accurate estimate of cost. Plans shall meet all applicable City standards for improvement plan submittal.c. Specifications: The consultant shall prepare project specifications that define materials, quality, and workmanship. The City will provide front–end documents to include, and all other sections to be provided by consultant.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
