(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health records information system.– System must be able to auto–populate redundant fields across a client record, e.g. name field populates all name fields through system. – System allows staff to configure items within system when configuration impacts business, e.g. edit payers and adding clinical codes. – System must integrate billing and clinical documentation. – System must be capable of processing online payments through credit cards and Automated Clearing House (ACH). – System must automatically track payment, denials, and rebills. – System must produce revenue cycle reports. – System must allow for multiple payor types (e.g. insurance, contract, grant). – System can conduct electronic prescribing. – The system must allow users to generate configurable reports using any data field and provide access to all raw data. – Provides inquiry and search capability with duplicate record checking– Ability to display potential duplicate client records on screen simultaneously for review– Enter call log notes on call log page(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
