(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology (IT) consulting services to the government authority located in Beckley, WV.– Provide guidance, management, and strategic recommendations for three primary departments.–  IT Infrastructure: Assessment, continuous monitoring, patch management, and technical support for enterprise network equipment, firewalls, and servers.–  IT Planning and Strategy: Development of a comprehensive, long–term IT strategic plan.–  Needs Assessment: Conducting structured interviews with department heads and county staff to identify technological gaps, operational needs, and efficiency opportunities.–  Security and Disaster Recovery: Identifying cybersecurity risks, hardening infrastructure, and developing and testing robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.–  Software and Systems: Providing expert recommendations and specifications for procurement of computers, hardware, and computer servers.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
