CLEANING-12937 - USA (Salisbury, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Salisbury, NC.– Responsible to perform specialty janitorial services in the Contractor’s area of cleaning responsibility upon request. – Specialty janitorial services can consist of, but are not limited to: Bulk Trash Removal, Carpet Shampooing, Carpet Extraction/Carpet Deep Cleaning, Water Removal Due to Flooding/Rain or Water Leaks, Large Area Detail/Power Cleaning, Strip/Wax Compatible Tile Floors, Three–Step Cleaning, Terminal Cleaning, UV Disinfection.– Hours of operation should mirror the Environmental Service hours 1st shift 7AM–3:30PM, 2nd shift 3PM–11:30PM, and 3rd shift 10:30pm–7AM.(2) This bid is set aside for service–disabled veteran–owned small business(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
