This project will be procured utilizing a Progressive Design–Build (PDB) delivery method under the 10 U.S.C. 2808a Other Transaction (OT) authority for Construction.Project Snapshot: Design and construction of a high–security facility accommodating 750 personnel. Features include Secure Administrative Areas, Operations Centers, and SCIF spaces with stringent security requirements, along with fully redundant electrical/mechanical systems and major civil site modifications.Estimated Construction Budget: $350 Million.
