(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Provide assistance and advice in the planning, analysis, structuring, issuance, and management of debt, and assistance with other agency financings. – General obligation bonds, including voter–authorized programs and short–term interim obligations.– Gross receipts tax and state–shared gross receipts tax revenue bonds.– Lodgers’ tax and hospitality fee revenue bonds.– Airport revenue credits, including any future master indenture and commercial paper program.– Refuse collection and disposal system revenue bonds.– Limited–tax supported programs, including golf, parking, convention center, and hotel projects.– Surface transportation and recreational or sports facilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
