(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management system.• Activities will include but are not limited to work program management, schedule management, project governance, scope management, change management, issue and problem management, cost and budget management, personnel management, facility management, development tools and development.• Implementation, configuration, and oversight of acceptance of any software platform, software, environments, and tools necessary to support solution implementation.• Establishing the training environments and hardware requirements needed to support the training effort.• Implementation, configuration, and oversight of acceptance of all components of the software.• Implementation of necessary tools to support the oversight of acceptance and migration of new versions or releases to support the various development, maintenance, and production environments.• Review and Audit Existing Systems: Ensure the end product meets the City need through an understanding of existing and possible optimization of permit and citation data, reporting and technology.1. Review and audit the existing systems including existing inventories, workflows, and methodologies for adding, archiving, and changing data.2. Review department needs identifying and addressing the gaps in data and workflow efficiencies and the optimized application of work orders, lifecycle tracking and reporting.3. Review the existing technology framework including staffing, operating systems, hardware and software available.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
