RFP026-12R Meriden Public Library Roof Weatherization

This project entails limited scope weatherization improvements to the Meriden Public Library, 105 Miller Street, Meriden, Connecticut. The purpose of the project is to address random water penetration through the exterior building roof assemblies. Repairs and/or replacement of deteriorated exterior weather sealants at vents, grilles, louvers, parapets, facias, curbs, expansion joints and various roof and wall penetrations. The roofing contractor shall be certified as a Firestone designated and trained system installer. The roofing contractor is to inspect the entire roof all levels and effect repairs, consistent with the warranty, where and if required. Where indicated, the contractor shall install new EPDM membrance and flashings consistent with the manufacturer's standards and warranty and compatible with the installed warrantied roof system.
