(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational medical services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.• Conduct pre–employment, post–offer physical examinations in accordance with medical standards• Conduct in–service, periodic medical examinations, including annual health assessments for all police officers, jailors, and court security officers, and any civilian staff for which an annual employee assessment is required.• Vision screening;• Hearing screening;• Bloodborne pathogen testing, inoculations, and examinations in accordance with OSHA standards;• Blood led level testing, in accordance with OSHA standards;• Drug and alcohol testing;• Random, post–accident.• Provide emergency medical treatment, ongoing evaluation, and case management to sworn and civilian staff members(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
