Beggs Lane Forestry Mulching

Reduce mid-story brush and trees, 10 inches and less, using a low ground pressure ASV loader or equivalent. The ASV must be paired with a forestry mulcher attachment that can grind trees up to ten inches in diameter. All live trees and shrubs, less than 10 inches in diameter, must be ground to the existing grade. All dead snags, regardless of size, must be felled and ground to the existing grade. Forestry mower will clear within the identified area (see map). Where the boundary is unclear, it will be marked off with flags. Any excessive ruts must be manually restored. The machine shall avoid mulching the material into the soil. Material shall be left on the ground surface. Deadline for completion of the forestry mulching is May 9, 2025.
