(1) Vendor needs to provide professional electrical engineering services to the government authority located in Randolph, VT.1. Conduct an on–site investigation of existing electrical service, distribution equipment, panels, wiring, lighting, receptacles, grounding, fire alarm, communications, and other relevant electrical systems.2. Identify/confirm deficiencies, obsolete equipment, code issues, and conditions requiring replacement or modification.3. Verify existing conditions to the extent necessary to produce accurate construction documents.– Design shall include:• Electrical service and utility coordination.• Service entrance equipment and distribution.• Main distribution and branch panels.• Feeders, branch circuits, disconnects, grounding and bonding.• Load calculations and equipment sizing.• Panel schedules and circuit identification.• Replacement or modification of existing wiring and equipment required to meet applicable codes.• Coordination with Green Mountain Power and other utilities, as required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
