(1) Vendor needs to provide moving and storage services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. – Moving and storage companies to provide commercial moving and storage services. – Provide a not–to–exceed cost for each moving and storage event.– Moving, assembly and disassembly of office systems furniture.– Moving of typical office type furniture including but not limited to chairs; tables; desks; file cabinets; copiers; framed wall art and certificates and personal desktop items.– Inventory services– preparing a listing of all items that are to be moved and reconciled at– The completion of each move.– Storage of items to be moved.– Moving of electronic equipment including disconnection and reconnection by trained personnel.– Provide all necessary cartoons; moving labels; protection blankets; bubble wrap; plastic bins; library carts; elevator protection pads and any other miscellaneous materials supplies or equipment necessary for all move events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10,2026.
