(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental professional services to the government authority located in Brockton, MA.• provide technical support and conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments and Site Reuse & Cleanup Planning• Conduct a series of Environmental Site Assessments with guidance and input from local and regional stakeholders. – Create, update, and maintain key brownfields data sources that will be available for public review. – Conduct a series of assessments and studies to determine current brownfields site conditions and propose potential options for site reuse. • Conduct virtual or in–person check–in meetings as needed with NMCOG, with a budget for at least one meeting per month• Assist with agency Assessment Grant closeout reporting, including providing any technical information and supporting documentation that is necessary(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
