(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. – Provide Pharmacy Service Providers to administer its current Pharmacy benefits plans for active employees and non–Medicare eligible retirees, and dependents.– Formulary Management or Advisory Services:• Formulary development and recommended adjustments based upon comparative effectiveness research and lowest net cost alternatives.• Provider outreach.• Provide rebate strategy assistance.– Specialty Pharmacy Services:• Maintain and supply specialty drugs.• Ensure patient safety.• Provide patient and provider education.• Proper medication handling and shipping.– Specialty Network Pharmacy Network Participation:• Integrate with claims adjudication system, clinical programs, and drug interaction utilization management program as necessary.• Data Reporting (standard and ad–hoc reporting).– Administrative Services:• Claims adjudication.• Data sharing with the state's consultant, data warehouse and healthcare navigator.• Provide data in accordance with state–defined file specifications and formats, including custom data structures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
