(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration services for property, casualty and workers’ compensation.– Provide comprehensive Third–Party Administration (“TPA”) services for the administration and management of workers’ compensation, property, casualty, and related claims.– Third–Party Administrator capable of providing consistent, timely, accurate, responsive, and cost–effective claims administration services.– Responsible for the day–to–day administration of assigned claims, including, but not limited to, claims intake and investigation, compensability and coverage evaluation, reserve management, claims payments, medical management, litigation management, subrogation and recovery, regulatory compliance, claims reporting, data management, and related claims support services.– Following claims administration services currently covered by the Consortium Loss Fund: – Workers’ Compensation (WC). – Third Party Liability (AL & GL). – Property. – Equipment Breakdown. – Crime. – Educator’s Legal & Employment Liability (ELL/EPL). – Network Security & Privacy Liability (Cyber).
