(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to the government authority located in DeSoto, TX.– Services may include the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and marketing of real property owned or to be acquired by the district in support of its educational, operational, and administrative needs.– Market properties through appropriate commercial and residential real estate platforms and broker networks.– Develop marketing strategies for district–owned property.– Assist the district in leasing district–owned property to public or private entities.– Real estate advisory services.– Strategic portfolio management recommendations.– Development feasibility evaluations.– Financial analyses of proposed transactions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
