(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator audit services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Provide audit assurance and consulting services, for review of the agency’s healthcare invoices. – Conduct an audit, investigation, special review or consulting engagement (i.e. planning, testing, reporting and follow–up).• Additional requirements:– Audits of administrative/operational procedures.– Audits of claims (accuracy, timing, consistent with the plan design, etc.).– Audits of compliance with performance guarantees.– Audits of clinical processes.– Preparatory work prior to on–site reviews and meetings: review of the vendor contractor contract terms, data exchange testing, data exchanges, etc.– Draft audit reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
