(1) Vendor needs to provide cell block blanket laundering services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Provide regular and uninterrupted laundering services including pick up and Return.– The laundering services as specified herein must include standard industrial washing (requiring no special treatment), rinsing, tumble drying, and folding.– Laundered and returned blankets must not be soiled or odorous because of poor washing, rinsing, or drying methods and must be delivered thoroughly clean (without surface dirt, soil, removable stains, or odor), dry, folded, and ready for use.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
