(1) Vendor needs to provide web–hosted computing infrastructure providers, and data processing solution.• Services include data collection and coordination, data compilation, data collection form development and management, data collection user and software administration, transcription/processing, review and reporting, test monitoring, technical writing and editorial review.• Data for collection include all observed data (e.g., test incident reports (TIRs), operational data, spreadsheets, event summary sheets, etc.). • Contractor shall be responsible for data collection form assembly, formatting, development and management; provide data collection user and software administration support; transcribe and process test data; query database to generate output reports; and provide information/instructions on usage as per the agency • Contractor shall assist in the development of user guidance (e.g., project specific data collector’s handbook training manuals, operating instructions) and in developing enhancements to existing procedures. • Adapt the Technical Writing Process to prescribed AI tools, including but not limited to, AI–assisted content preparation and editing platforms • Maintain compliance with all government regulations, directives, and guidelines regarding AI usage in technical documentation, including data security, privacy requirements, and ethical AI principles. • Participate in government–prescribed AI platforms training to ensure proficient and effective utilization in documentation workflows. • Document AI integration by maintaining records of AI tool usage, version control, and human oversight in accordance with regulatory requirements.
