(1) Vendor needs to provide water and sewer engineer serviceto the government authority located in Roseland, NJ.• The Borough Architect shall perform the following minimum duties as well as those prescribed by applicable law and ordinances, subject to the review and approval of the Mayor and Council• Provide basic architectural services to the Borough such as providing preliminary evaluations of projects, review alternative approaches to design and construction of projects, preparing drawing and specifications for project and setting forth in detail the requirements for construction costs;• Perform all the duties required by all applicable statutes and regulations of the State(2) The contract period will be for one year.
