CSE-24378 - USA (Louisville, Kentucky) - Facility-Wide Security Video Surveillance Equipment and Support Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility–wide security video surveillance equipment and support services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.– Image Quality/Resolution: Clearly specify the resolution (e.g., HD, 4K) and frame rates of all proposed cameras to ensure clear, actionable footage for identification purposes (e.g., facial recognition, license plates). – Camera Type and Features: Clearly specify the type of cameras (e.g., bullet, dome, PTZ) and their included features to comply with requirements for location (indoor/outdoor, hazardous environments), lighting conditions (night vision, thermal imaging), and specific monitoring objectives (motion detection, AI–powered analytics). – Connectivity: Demonstrates understanding of requirements surrounding network cabling, connectivity, and coordination with agency IT and existing infrastructure. Includes data regarding expected bandwidth usage both on internal LAN and to the cloud – Storage Solution: Specify intended storage method (local NVR/DVR, cloud–based, or hybrid) and capacity to meet or exceed the required 90 days of high–quality, full frame–rate video from all cameras. – Scalability and Integration: Provide information regarding scalability for future expansion (additional cameras or locations) and integration with existing or future security infrastructure (e.g., access control, alarm systems, third–party tools) through open APIs, ONVIF compliance, or other methods. – Remote Accessibility: Clearly indicate capability and intended method(s) to allow remote access to all features of the system by approved personnel when outside of the TARC network. – Reliability and Stability: Specify features included to safeguard 24/7 stable and reliable operation of the system and its components, and to promptly alert agency personnel to system issues or failures. – Responsive and Responsible: Proposals will be reviewed for responsiveness and compliance with all mandatory requirements. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–Proposal meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.
