(1) Vendor needs to provide bank depository services to the government authority located in San Juan, TX.1. Account StructureThe City is interested in assuring that all funds are earning at the best, then–current interest rates available at all times.2. Automated Treasury ServicesThe City requires a web–based, single portal cash management information system access.3. Standard Deposit ServicesStandard commercial deposit services are required for all accounts.4. Remote DepositThe City currently does not use remote deposit but plans to use it in various locations. Deposits include both consumer and commercial checks.5. NSF Process and RCK Services (Re–presentment of NSF checks by ACH)Under the current contract, NSF checks paid to the City are automatically re–deposited for collection.6. Standard Disbursing ServicesStandard disbursing service is required. The City is not currently using reconciliation services.7. Positive Pay and ReconciliationTo safeguard against fraudulent checks, positive pay is currently used and is required on all City check writing accounts.8. Funds Transfer and Wire ServicesThe City currently uses a limited four wires monthly entered on line along with minimum internal transfers.9. Stop Payments10.
