(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural resource survey service to the government authority located in Palatka, FL.                             – The survey will identify, document, and evaluate archaeological and historical cultural resources to support regulatory compliance, long–term land management, and planned hydrologic restoration activities.• Survey Design and Methods– Records Review and Background Research– Field Survey– Site Evaluation– Human Remains Discovery Protocol– Data Management and Documentation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
