(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile CT scanner supplies to the government authority located in Stillwater, OK.• This unit will support advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities to enhance our service offerings and patient care. – The selected supplier will provide a state–of–the–art mobile CT scanner, including installation, maintenance, and training, to ensure seamless integration into our existing radiology operations • Required Minimum Technical Specifications – Imaging technology: Conventional multi–row, fan–beam diagnostic X–ray CT. Cone–beam CT systems are not acceptable. – Slice capability: At least 64 reconstructed cross–sectional CT slices per rotation or acquisition. The proposal must document the detector configuration and reconstruction method. – Patient aperture: An unobstructed bore or patient aperture of at least 85 cm. – Field of view: A reconstructed image field of view of at least 60 cm. – Mobility: An integrated powered drive system, retractable or steerable casters, operator controls, and features that support safe room–to–room transport within the hospital. – Power: Battery–powered scanning while disconnected from mains power and charging from a standard wall outlet. – Radiation protection: Integrated internal shielding equivalent to at least 0.75 mm of lead, or a documented alternative that provides equal or greater scatter protection. The proposed solution must be supported by site–specific radiation calculations. – Scan modes: Axial and helical diagnostic CT and CT angiography. Dynamic or perfusion imaging should be included or offered as an option. Coverage and resolution: Helical scan coverage of at least 200 cm and detector element or slice capability of 0.60 mm or better. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
