(1) Vendor needs to provide community recovery and rebuilding planning services to the government authority located in Truckee, CA.• Review recovery–relevant town policies, plans, processes, codes, and ordinances, including, but not limited to:• Emergency operations plan.• Solid waste franchise agreement.• Building and development review processes.• Permitting processes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
