RFP 9266-R-2024/AB X-Ray Machines and Related Equipment for the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center (Lease or Direct Purchase)

The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide and install X-Ray Machines and Related Equipment for the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center through either a five (5) year lease agreement or a direct purchase according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The date of completion of the installation is December 31, 2024, in preparation for the cruise season. The City, in its sole discretion, may move this date by up to 45 days depending on the progress of construction activities at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center. Offerors may submit a proposal for direct purchase or for lease, or both.
