POND MOWING AND RELATED NOXIOUS WEED REMOVAL

The purpose of this solicitation is to hire a Contractor for regularly scheduled pond mowing and related vegetation control services throughout Pierce County. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The County will develop the scope of work and define the specific details for each project and will typically notify the Contractor of each work project via email. The email will provide all necessary project information and schedule requirements. The email will also include the locations of the ponds using Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates. The County will make every effort to group geographical locations together for work orders. Drive time to the work sites shall be incidental to the bid prices and no additional compensation will be provided unless otherwise approved in writing in advance by the County.
