(1) Vendor needs to provide lead–based paint education, grant enrollment and recruitment service.– Provide lead–based paint education and lead grant enrollment and recruitment for the Housing and Economic Development (HED).– Screen referrals in preparation for in–home visits.– Identify at–risk, eligible households in the grant target area.– Perform in–home lead education visits.– Community outreach and education.– Conduct a visual assessment of the dwelling unit and common areas that documents the building condition, window type, paint condition, and other possible lead and health hazards.– Take digital photos of example windows and other presumed hazards, and one photo of the exterior front elevation of the house.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
