(1) Vendor needs to provide roadway toll systems to the government authority located in DuPont, WA.• Provide camera monitoring of the Toll Zones.• Leverage Technology: Utilize innovation, advanced technology and industry best practices to deliver schedule and cost savings while achieving high performance• Solutions should require less roadside infrastructure than previous generations and have less equipment in or over the roadway to install and maintain.• System Resiliency and Transparency: Provide resilient, flexible, and adaptable solutions to streamline implementation and operations while providing a high degree of transparency into current conditions and performance data.• Systems will minimize downtime due to failures and environmental conditions and they will store, transmit, and back up data appropriately for business needs moving forward.• Troubleshooting, repair, tracking, and reporting of hardware and software issues.• Updating software and hardware systems for functional improvements and security patches.• Tools to enhance troubleshooting, spot trends in operational data beyond standard ticketing systems and spot trends• Provide a high–level organization chart showing Implementation roles.• Describe your approach to capturing and incorporating lessons learned from the POC.•Describe your approach to Toll System implementation, including design, procurement, testing, and installation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(4) Mandatory Bidders Meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
