Vendor needs to provide planning board engineer service to the government authority located in Seaside Park, NJ. – Provide all general engineering services related to the Planning Board.– The Planning Board Engineer shall perform the following minimum duties, as well as those prescribed by applicable law, subject to the review and approval of the Planning Board. Responsibilities shall include:• Providing Planning services as requested by the Planning Board;• Performing such duties as are prescribed by general law and ordinance;• Requiring knowledge in site plan and subdivision review;• Creating site plans and subdivisions;• Attending regular meetings as requested by the Chairman; and• Assisting with the drafting of technical land use ordinances and amendments.
