Vendor needs to provide stormwater program management services to the government authority located in Byron, GA.• The city desires to select a qualified firm, contractor, or team to assist with the daily operation and management of its stormwater program and utility, including regulatory compliance, plan review, infrastructure inspections and assessments, maintenance coordination, and construction of small stormwater projects.• Review drainage plans, grading, stormwater facilities, and supporting reports against adopted criteria. Identify deficiencies and assist the PE with hydrologic and hydraulic review within the Inspector’s qualifications.• Inspect land disturbance, erosion controls, drainage structures, pipes, ditches, ponds, outfalls, stabilization, and related improvements for compliance with approved plans, specifications, permit conditions, and applicable requirements.
