(1) Vendor needs to provide videotaping services.– Production professionals to videotape meetings of the county legislature and provide copies to the county government.– Videotape all meetings of the county legislature, including regular monthly meetings, reconvened meetings, special meetings, budget sessions and public hearings.– Image and audio quality must be very good to excellent so that every speaker can be seen and heard clearly.– Master tapes are to be made onto an SD card provided by the county and also streamed onto an unlisted YouTube channel.– Record title images onto the beginning of the tape.– Recorded image must always be of the person speaking and show that person from a forward angle to the extent possible.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
