(1) Vendor needs to provide asynchronous learning platform.- Students receive one 40–minute Spanish period once every 6–day cycle. - Approximately 2,500 Grade 2 through Grade 5 students across 7 elementary schools, 106 classrooms. (180 school days meeting once per 6–day cycle for approx. 40 minutes)– Course content– Unlimited access to course content/materials throughout the contract term. – Embedded pacing mechanism to ensure students successfully complete foundational lessons before continuing to new lessons.– Lesson overviews / up–to–date pacing guides will be shared with the Supervisor of World Languages and will be accessible to homeroom teachers.– If applicable, unique content must be presented to students re–enrolling in the program.– Theme–based content must be aligned with State Learning Standards for World Languages.– Content must include activities for students to practice reading, writing, listening, and speaking.– Parent Notification– Parents shall have access to student progress reports.– Provide one (1) online synchronous webinar tutorial and (1) recorded webinar tutorial with accompanying materials on the navigation of course platform and content, if applicable.– Set–up, configure, and host the applicable course content and scores for all students enrolled in the educational programming.– Integration with Clever for student logins.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
