This notice serves as a Notice of Recommended Award to award a contract to Voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak for VTA's non-competitive agreement to procure and replace the VTA light rail switch with original equipment manufacturer replacement components. Estimated value of the contract is between $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 Contract award is contingent upon approval by VTA Management. Persons may file written objections to the issuance of a contract pursuant to this Notice of Recommended Award to Procurement@vta.org . The deadline for submitting the written objection is October 22, 2026 at 5:00 P.M.
