The County of Sacramento (County) is seeking proposals from Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to meet activities for the Engage, Empower, and Implement (EEI) funding program created by the Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG). The selected CBO will work with the County of Sacramento Planning & Environmental Review (PER) to submit a joint grant application for the EEI funding program.
