– Vendor needs to provide complex beverage and food service to the government authority located in Natchitoches, LA. – Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Beer, alcoholic beverages, non–alcoholic beverages, and food must be served in cans, plastic bottles, paper products, or other non–glass containers approved.– Use a point–of–sale or other verifiable system that separately tracks all food, non–alcoholic beverage, and alcoholic beverage sales made under the agreement.– Food and alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the pool deck.– Operating concessions, golf–course food service, beverage carts, and alcohol service.– Proposed staffing and operating plan, including regular and special–event coverage.– Menu, beverages, and container requirements.– Operate food and beverage services.
